the lab
Apps shipped to the stores, interactive demos you can click and play with, and select client work — all built and operated on our own infrastructure.
showcase
Android / iOS
A sci-fi minesweeper where you scan alien worlds for hazards and extract resources. Six planets, three scan tools, and increasing danger as you progress through the tiers.
Chat · Bottom Right
A three-wish chat widget bound to this site — ask it about DojoLabz, the stack, or the work, and watch it reason: it retrieves real context (RAG), reaches for a tool when a question needs an exact fact, and answers grounded in what it finds, not what it guesses.
Web · Case Management Console
An event-driven financial-crime detection and case-management showcase — files and streams of synthetic transactions go in, explainable rules raise alerts, alerts become cases, and every decision lands in an append-only audit trail. Everything is synthetic and illustrative; nothing is ever submitted anywhere.
Open a case to see why it fired: the rule and version, the transactions, the window, the observed values against the threshold. Cases move through a maker-checker lifecycle with service-level deadlines, and operators can generate and run a scenario to compare what was detected with what was planted.
Web · Customer App + Ops Console
An event-driven food-delivery platform built to fail gracefully — browse restaurants, build a cart and follow your order live, with every screen telling you plainly whether you were charged. Trending dishes and restaurant rankings are real signals, scored nightly from actual order history.
Sign in to Ops to watch the live event stream and per-service health, trace any order's saga step by step, inspect the payment circuit breaker, and flip the Kill Payment switch to see retries, deferred orders and automatic refunds kick in. Behind the scenes, a clickstream and order-fact pipeline feeds a Glue/Athena warehouse and a Grafana dashboard with live funnel, revenue and pipeline-health views — the same event stream powering both the live demo and the analytics.
CLI · Test Data Generator
Reproducible, relationship-aware test data from a YAML schema. The same schema and seed give byte-identical files, parents are generated before children, and deliberately planted patterns and negatives are recorded in a ledger so a system under test can be checked against what was hidden in the data.
It generates the order and clickstream events behind Chaos Kitchen and the synthetic transactions SENTRIX detects on, validates runs with a versioned quality report, and exports to CSV, JSON, SQL or nested, date-partitioned NDJSON.
MCP Server · AI-Driven Test Framework
Our test framework, exposed to AI agents as an MCP server. An agent can read a requirement, analyse it, draft and automate the test steps, scan a page for verified locators, trigger a run, triage a failure and audit coverage gaps — the whole requirement-to-result loop, driven through tools instead of clicking around a dashboard.
The agent proposes, a human disposes: AI tools return drafts and never persist, every token is scoped to a single app and revocable at once, and calls that spend AI or runner budget are separately scoped and rate-limited.
Web · Multi-Agent Simulation · MVP Build
Five autonomous citizens share one town through a 15-day famine. You can nudge the world — ration the granary, spread a rumour, send aid — but you never command it. Each citizen weighs what it knows, decides for itself, and remembers who helped and who hoarded, and you can rewind, fork and try the opposite.
The model never touches the world: its structured choice is picked from the actions the rules engine offered that day, then validated and resolved deterministically. Visitor text is parsed into a strict, validated intervention before anything runs.
Browser · WebGL
A 3D browser racing game that's also a working AWS infrastructure demo — play instantly with no account, or start a Quick Race and watch a real, disposable cloud environment stand itself up behind the scenes.
client work
Alongside its own products, DojoLabz has built and operated multiple PWA apps for select clients — full-stack, designed, shipped, and run on production infrastructure. If that's what you need, get in touch.
Discover
Scope the product, stack, and constraints before writing a line of code.
Build
Design and ship full-stack, with automated QA running from the first commit.
Deploy
Stand up production infrastructure on AWS — provisioned, monitored, secured.
Operate
Stay on to run, monitor, and support it after launch.
