Mitra currently operates in invite-only mode. You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to use Mitra to:
Mitra uses AI models (Amazon Bedrock / Claude) to generate responses. AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You should not rely on Mitra's responses as professional advice — medical, legal, financial, or otherwise. DojoLabz is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
You retain ownership of the conversations and information you share with Mitra. By using the App, you grant DojoLabz a limited licence to process and store your content solely to provide the App's services. We do not use your content to train AI models or share it with third parties beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, store, and handle your data.
Mitra is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We will endeavour to give reasonable notice of significant changes.
All software, design, and content in Mitra — excluding content you provide — is owned by DojoLabz or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DojoLabz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including any reliance on AI-generated content.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you via the App or email for material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DojoLabz operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
