DojoLabz grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play Colony Scan for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not:
Colony Scan contains optional rewarded video advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Ads are only displayed when you voluntarily choose to watch one in exchange for in-game rewards (additional scan tool charges). You are never required to watch an ad to play the game.
Ad content is served by Google and subject to Google's own terms. DojoLabz is not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
All content in Colony Scan — including game design, graphics, sound, and text — is owned by DojoLabz or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. DojoLabz does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DojoLabz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the App, including loss of game progress or data.
DojoLabz may update the App or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the effective date above when changes are made.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DojoLabz operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
